What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 300 pieces per item but this may vary depending on the product type and level of customization. For special project items, we’re flexible — feel free to share your needs and we’ll provide options.
Do you offer product customization or private labeling?
Yes, absolutely. As a manufacturer, we specialize in custom-designed bathroom accessories and metalwork. We can modify dimensions, finishes (chrome, brushed nickel, matte black, etc.), materials (brass, aluminum, stainless steel), and also support private labeling and OEM branding.
Can you manufacture products outside of your standard bathroom accessory line?
Yes. In addition to towel rails, soap dishes and toilet paper holders, we also produce custom metal items such as umbrella stands, sugar pots, laundry baskets, and other special project pieces. If it can be made from brass, aluminum, or stainless steel, we can likely manufacture it.
Which materials do you use?
Our core material is brass, known for its durability and corrosion resistance but we also work with aluminum and stainless steel depending on customer requirements and project specifications.
Do you offer complete product sets?
Yes. We offer bundled sets for both retail and project use, such as multiple bathroom accessory kits that include towel holders, paper holders, hooks ,toilet brushes and more. Sets can be customized in terms of components, finish and packaging.
What certifications do your products carry?
Our products meet international quality and safety standards. We can provide material test reports, surface finish certifications and load capacity tests for grab bars and project-specific items as required.
Do you provide samples or prototypes?
Yes. We offer samples for standard products, and for custom projects, we can provide prototypes or 3D renderings upon request. Sample fees may apply but are usually refunded after order confirmation.
Do you assist with international shipping and documentation?
Yes. We can arrange FOB, CIF, or DAP shipments, depending on your preference. We also provide all necessary export documents, including packing lists, invoices, certificates of origin, and shipping declarations.
